Moglai Paneer

Ingredients

  • 500 gm paneer[in cubed]
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 big onions
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cashew & poppy seeds paste
  • 4 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 5 medium tomatoes paste
  • salt as a taste
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder

Directions

  1. First fry paneer & keep a side. then fry onions[birasta] add curd mix properly & grind in fine paste.
  2. Take a pan add oil, birasta paste, saute them add tomato puree, poppy & cashew paste red chilli powder, garam masala powder, add milk, add fry paneer
  3. Add salt at the last serv, cook for 3 minutes,then add sugar
  4. Add fry cashew pieces & coriander leaves.
